The study revealed that 32 factors affect the intention to adopt mobile banking. These were further groped based on constraints, trust social influence, customer outlook and mobile banking characteristics. The results of the study will be usefull for customers and banking to better understand the factors influencing the intention of the consumers to adopt mobile banking.
